1. What is the minimum order quantity for export?
Our MOQ depends on the product. Bulk powders require a minimum of 25 KG, Vitamin B12 Powder starts at 10 KG, and finished capsule or tablet bottles require 100 units per SKU. We also offer flexible MOQs for trial orders and new customers.
2. Do you offer private label / white label services?
Yes — we offer full private label services including custom label design, regulatory compliance copy, barcode assignment and finished goods packing. You provide your logo and brand details; we handle the rest. Minimum private label order is 200 units per SKU. Lead time for new label setup is 10–15 working days after artwork approval.
3. Which certifications do your products carry?
Our products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and GMP certified conditions. The Spirulina range carries USDA Organic certification. All products are FSSAI licensed in India. We can provide vegan, non-GMO and allergen-free declarations. Third-party lab testing reports (purity, potency, heavy metals, microbiology) are available on request.
4. What payment terms do you accept for international orders?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and Western Union for sample orders. For established buyers, we offer 30% advance with 70% before shipment. For first-time buyers, 100% advance payment is required. We accept payment in USD, EUR and GBP.
5. How long does production and shipment take?
Production lead time is 7–14 working days for standard products after order confirmation. Private label orders require an additional 7–10 days for label print. Sea freight transit is 20–35 days depending on destination. Air freight is 5–8 days. Total order-to-delivery time is typically 4–7 weeks for sea freight and 2–3 weeks for air freight.
6. Can I request product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we encourage sample requests before bulk orders. Samples are dispatched via DHL, FedEx or Aramex within 3–5 working days. Sample cost covers the product and courier charges. A Certificate of Analysis and product specification sheet are included with every sample. Sample costs are refundable on your first bulk order of 50+ units.
